I updated my DSTT card with the latest firmware/software (1.17) & now I need to switc it of & on about a dozen times before it works. I've tried going bck to 1.16 but still the same. When I switch the DS on all I get is a faded DS start page, or the strt page comes up ok then it doesn't load & goes to a white screen, or it will start & then the top screen goes black. Any help please.
Poor contact in the DS slot, try a thin piece of card behind the DSTT to push it tighter to the DS contacts
don't panic i can tell you how to fix this 1.17 and 1.16 has a code built into the software to destroy fake dstt cards made by 3rd party companies. take the dstt software of the card you can leave games movies music etc on there just need to take dstt stuff off download and install http://www.gbatemp.net/index.php?download=4086 you will need winrar once installed right click on file and choose extract here then put all of the files on the micro sd there are two ways of doing the next bit if you have only one dstt keep trying to get it to boot then run dsttflashwriter this will fix the dstt if you have 2 dstt cards boot the good dstt card with flash writer up and select flashwriter once program loads take out good card(DO NOT RUN THE PROGRAM ON GOOD CARD), put in old empty dstt no micro sd press A bit of screen text comes up your done, you will not be able to use the 1.17 off dstt.com but if you delete the flashchecker and flashwriter and there readme files you can use that version of 1.17 exactly the same as original execpt no killer code. sorry about poor punctuation. this worked on 2 dstt's i found to be fake. where did you buy it from after thought the checker you can run if you want it confirms if card fake or not, but if you boot ds 20 times to get it to load and run the checker to tell you its a fake to boot another 20 times to run writer bloody annoying and poor power switch and ds
keep using that tt menu not the oiginal one readme files dump and dstt checker and writer you can dump keep other files and add games and apps
