DST noob (closed)

I've run a couple searches and for the most part it seems the threads dealing with DSTT deal more with the setup and menus. I, however, am at a complete and total loss. I don't know what any of this equipment is for.

Well, I take that back. I see the white adapter goes in the DS. And the slot in the adapter takes micro sd cards. But I don't know how to get games on the micro SD card. Or what the orange usb thing is for. I tried sticking the micro sd into the usb, since it kind of looked like it fit, but it didn't seem to be going in.

The DSTT site wasn't much help to me either. Could I get a quick brief from someone on these basics?
