duo x2 gs wont boot

    I installed a duo x2 gs chip(blue) and the xbox boots up 3x and shut down and the eject light flashes red when I try to turn it on.Why would this do this?All my solder joints look good,also I turn the xbox on with the eject button to turn the xbox on with the chip disabled it will boot into ms dashboard.I have a v 1.3 xbox.Thanks

    Nevermind the xbox is fried,I screwed it up

    It could just be a bad chip too. I bought a duox3gs and i know i can solder. I had no luck what so ever with it, i even used a ohm meter to check my connections, and even tapped 2 d0's. I'm guessing it's just a defect.

    If your chip doesn't work just do a softmod instead.
