DuoX 2 Cromwell working right or not

    i install this thing like a week ago and sometimes when i turn it on it goes to the blue screen (Bios Thing) and sometimes just start as soon as i plug in the cord and it keep ejecting the try is this normal or is something wrong because i havent got to install the flash becuase i have no idea how
