    Can anyone recommend a DV Camcorder? Brand and model please. I am Interested in buying one and need a little advice. Any info on mini DVD is also greatly appreciated. Price range around $500.00

    They're all pretty similar these days. As for picture quality, the higher the CCD, the better.

    If you're going to transfer the video to your computer and do video editing, get DV. If you're not, get mini-DVD.
