DV Capture

    I'm trying to capture dv via firewire, using Studio 8. I keep getting a dialogue telling me the data rate is less than the required 4444 kb/sec. Can anyone advise if data rate can be increased? I have a Pentium 3 1gh processor, 60 gb, 7200 speed hard drive, 768 mb memory. Ta! Ianto.

    The error message refers to connection speed between PC and camera.
    You should use firewire. If you do not have firewire, it's possible to buy firewire PCI-card.
    There are other options too, but I think this is the easiest and cheapest.
