I saw this little tidbit about the new Microsoft Vista: Microsoft has also released information that Windows Vista will help prevent DVD piracy. According to Microsoft, Vista will contain certain tools that will prevent the user from copying any copy protected DVDs. Will this screw up ANYDvd or other programs we use?
It might for a while untill Slysoft finds a work around which shouldn't take long. In the mean time avoid Vista and stick with XP......I never know why people think they just have to have the latest OS when the current one they use works just fine. I'll stick with XP as long as it works for me.
I still use Windows 2000. I know exactly what you are saying!! Yeah, just stay away from Vista. All this can restrict is decryption of CSS and possibly Macrovision removal. Maybe Brute Force will still work though.
