    hello.
i am interested in putting movies made with my digital camera onto dvd. i would like to use custom fonts and graphics for the dvd menu. I have no idea where to start. I do have some experience with Photoshop though. Thank you in advance and I look forward to hearing from anyone soon.

One common way is to convert the movies into a popular video format (e.g. avi, mpeg), then use Nero Vision Express to combine, encode, and burn to dvd with menu.

    yes
you can use some converter software to convert video format to DVD
    many software can do this
Video to DVD Burner may make you convert your video to dvd directly
and Pocket DVD Ripper and Pocket Video Converter, etc can make you
converter your video to other format, then burn to DVD
you can get Video to DVD Burner here
it can convert almost video format(MPEG, m1p, m2p, DAT, MOV, AVI, WMV,etc) to dvd
    http://www.dvd-ripper-copy.com/video-to-dvd.html
and a very specific guide is here

    hello.
    thank you for the response.
i believe i do have a convertor that will convert .mov to the DVD format.
i do not have NERO VISION Express, so i need to know which programs i can use to burn the home movies to DVD media.
    I do have DVD SHRINK.
I posted a message on another forum about creating custom DVD menus and they suggested DVD MENU STUDIO. which programs do you suggest?
they also suggested DVD-LAB for DVD authoring.
    what programs do you suggest?
    thank you in advance.
