dvd burner nd-1000a

    i bought this burner a year ago and a few months ago it stopped burning dvds i didnt know how to fix it so i went and bought another burner now the nd-1000a won't even read a dvd it will still burn a music cd but it wont read or burn dvds someone help me

    It sounds like you have a bad DVD burner. Is it under warranty still?
