Dont Use MCAFEE!!!!!! it SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11 probably didnt catch the trojan adn it probably has so much crap installing its self. guarntee that trojan is still their. Manually go in a delete everything that has mcafee in out of the registry. get rid of the program all together. and install NAV 2007 it is much better.

joshj05, any error codes like 39?

rogeball, people say the same about norton besides needing 256meg of ram just to install the program.

I'm having the same issue. I loaded Nero 7 and ever since neither of my drives will recognize blank dvds. I've uninstalled nero but it didn't fix the issue. I tried to do a system restore but my system keeps telling me that the system restore could not be completed.
