My PC has a cd burner and my labtop is supposed to be able to burn dvds (hp) i have tried many dvd discs (-r/+r) and namebrands but they show that the disk in the drive have no space on them when they are new?? So i quit trying and now i want to purchase a dvd burner(not the software i already have nero) i looked into a few and i want to purchase it at a local store, not online. the oni liked is not available in stores(Lite-On EZ-DUB SHW-160P6SU). I found a sony(Sony DRX830U External 18x Multi-Format DVD Burner) at walmart i liked but it says for dvd r dl &rw etc. but in the description it says that it media supports dvd -r( my choice of dvd). would that mean it would see them and burn unto them???
