Ok, so I have Nero 9 installed, version 9.2.6.0 I used to burn DVD's a couple years ago on Sony DVD -R discs, used DVD shrink to shrink the movie and everything was great. I think at the time I was using Nero 7, but regardless ev erything worked well. Now I am still using DVD shrink to shrink the movie and Nero 9 to burn them. The prolem is when the burn is complete I can play the disc on my computer with no problems. When I try to play the disc on any other DVD player in the house, the movie skips around. Sometimes it will start in the middle of the movie, when I try to go to the next chapter, it skips to somewhere else in the movie, I can't get to the main menus or anything either. Does anyone know if this is a Nero problem or not?
That's because Nero 9 doesn't work with DVD Shrink. Do what you need to do with Shrink and close. Then open Nero and burn.
