DVD Burning

    Hello, wondering if i can play a reg. 2 or 3 DVD on my computer. If it will play here, then can i shrink it, burn it and then will my copy be a reg. 1 or 0 so i can play it in my DVD player. Thank's TOM

    should play on pc but drives have a lock thing on them for 6 changes if i remeber rightly then it locks to that region - becareful!

    but there are tools to stop this and firmwares for drives to make region free...

    so yes to pc play.

    but region isnt the only problem NTSC and PAL are different it depends what region your in and if the same?
