a friend of mine installed dvd cloner 2 on my computer and he had a serial crack for it version 2.32 and im using a sony DRU-700A burner w AMD xp 3200 ,so everything should be fine right? well when i go to burn a dvd from a movie what happens its says everything is working properly and when the disc is fully burned i go to play it and about 65% thru the movie it freezes and basically wont play anymore ive used different media discs and used different players and always the same problem,i decided to contact dvd cloner 2 support even though im using a cracked version and i got a response saying that i could be using a trial version and that why i only get a part converted movie,,any one have these problems with dvd cloner 2 and help would be great

I am having the same problem... I have a LG burner and if I play the final copy on ANY dvd player, I only get about 80% of the movie then it either freezes or it starts from the beginning... I got it from a friend who swears it works fine for him so I don't know where to go from here.

The files go where you told DVD Shrink to put them.
Open DVD Shrink, open a dvd or file, click on "Backup!" and you will see where the files were saved last. ;)

If you do not want to burn the "VIDEO_TS" and the empty "AUDIO_TS" folders with Nero, you can use any other burning software capable of burning a DVD-Video:
    CopyToDVD, RecordNow Max,...

    None of them are free.
However, the Nero 30-day trial version can be re-installed every month and will keep working.
    ftp://ftp2.us.nero.com/nero63120.exe

A free option would be for you to download and install DVD Decrypter (free).
    http://www.dvddecrypter.com/index.php?act=download
When making a backup with DVD Shrink, you would simply have to choose "ISO image and burn with DVD Decrypter" in the "Backup! >> Select backup target" selection box.
DVD Shrink will then launch DVD Decrypter automatically to burn the backup. ;)

14 hours could be about right if you use a very slow processor, a very slow DVD-ROM, have almost no RAM, and if DVD Shrink has to apply a lot of compression.
Using Deep Analysis, and the new Quality Options would also add to the processing time.

    What are your system specifications?

AnyDVD will work with DVD Shrink, but is not needed.

msblack, I'm located in the UK, so calling you is out of the question.

Also, I'd advise you to remove your phone number from your post.
It's quite a personal piece of information to give on a public forum.

I suggest you have a look at the guides available here and on other sites:
    - http://www.dvd-guides.com/guides.php?category=dvdcopy&name=dvdshrink
    - http://www.dvdr-digest.com/articles/23_1.html
    - http://www.dvdshrink.info/guides.php

I need to go offline now, but hopefully someone else will come to your help if you still need it.
