C an anyone help with this? I just bought version 3 of dvd cloner, and I can't seem to get to the menus where you select which episodes, chapters, and all of those fields. I have tried every button, and nothing. Sometimes when I put the dvd in the drive, dvd cloner minimizes (at least I thin k it's running) and I let it sit there doing this for 3 hours and still no message on the screen saying the movie was copied to the hard drive. Perhaps I am doing something wrong?

Hate to be the one to tell you this, but DVD Cloner III is not a good program, don't feel to bad, I bought DVD ClonerII and was suckered too.

I have since purchase AnyDVD and CloneDVD2 and have had wonderful results. Read the threads regarding these programs and you will see.

I forked out the cash and got burned by Cloner. I forked out the case for AnyDVD and CloneDVD2 and have never been disappointed.

Sorry to spring it on you.

    Cheers.

Sorry to hear about your problem with this horrible product. I have had other problems with DVD Cloner III too and will be turning away as many potential buyers as possible from this product!! I also had similar success with other products like the other poster.

BUYER BEWARE!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!! The audio on burned backups plays intermittently. It is definitely the software not my computer because I successfully burned the same movies using the AnyDVD/CloneDVD2 combo. DVD Cloner III's customer service is horrendous. They give you the runaround about trying all these different "fixes" that don't work. I wasted over 10 DVD+Rs trying their "fixes." They also refuse to refund your money if you are not satisfied with their product. BUY ANYDVD & CLONEDVD2 INSTEAD!!

Can you please describe to me how those 2 programs work? Can you copy tv episode discs, delete certain special features, choose soundtracks, ect? If you could go in depth I would very much appreciate it, as I don't want to blow another 39.95. Why 2 programs? How do they work together?

AnyDVD and CloneDVD 2 are, in my opinion, the easest and best programs available for my backup purposes. Download a 21 day free trial of both from Slysoft.com and see for yourself. CloneDVD 2 will do all the things you asked about, including dual layers.
