Can anyone Help? I get 32% overall completion and then DVD Decrypter encounters the following I/O (Interpretation: No Seek Complete) error. I have tried some suggestions from here including running VSO Inspector but it freezes up after 80% of scanning the DVD. What I can say is this DVD is the second disc of the same Showtime TV Series that I have tried for the same movie because the first encountered the same error and so I returned it for another set and it also encounters same problem around the same spot on the DVD. I have been able to back-up several others in the series without any problems. What I noticed is different about this DVD is that when I load it in my drive it launches some sort of Showtime DVD Player app (and a FNPLicensingService.exe), while all others instead launch the Windows open with prompt.

Can someone please tell me how I can update my original post here? Seems that I only found a way to reply with + Quote which keeps duplicating my post.

Thanks gurnard, it was so small I missed it. I looked at your link but it is so detailed with log info I cannot make heads or tales of any resolution for my READ I/O error. Seems like references are to burning errors. I am wondering if it is possible for the manufacturer to intentionally create this in some artificial way?

I will delete this post and start over because I wish to list my system stats as well.
