I made an ISO from a DVD using DVD Decrypter but it resulted in 3 files the .mds, IO1, and IO2 files. What does this mean? what do I do?
That does not seem right, maybe you should switch from ISO mode to IFO or File. Are you going to burn to a DVD?
I decrypted it, -> mode -> ISO -> Read then got the .mds, IO1, and IO2 files. Then usually I burn the ISO image, but its not in ISO format.
Hi burns, I started reading in the ISO mode, and I noticed the movie was going to be way to big to fit on a disc so I stopped the process. I just can't think of where this mode would be useful unless it happened to be a DVD5 or a copy. Couldn't you just use the IFO or File mode and then edit? Frank
Hi anahavia, maybe I should let it complete the read then just select the .mds file. Can you tell how large the .mds file is?
Fasfrank, I only use dvd decrypter in ISO format if it's dvd5. If the dvd is more than dvd5 then I use dvd Shrink 3.0 in IFO format, usually just the main movie and no menus.
