DVD Decrypter problem

    I am really new at this so please forgive me if my question seems really stupid.
    I have backed up a number of my Region 1 dvd's and haven't had any problems however when I go to Back up my Region 4 DVD's, DVD Decrypter stops half way through and an error message pops up saying something like "Disk has no venerables" or something like that. Can anyone help me as to what I need to do.

    Is your DVD drive regoin free? If not you have to get a program like AnyDVD that removes region setting allowing you to use any disk you want.

    Or you could patch your DVD drive with region free firmware. Excellent when it works, but this process has its dangers, so be carefull!
