Hi! I recently ripped a movie DVD using DVD-decrypter latest version, following the guide posted at afterdawn.com - briefly, I used mode>ISO>read to read the DVD (layer 1), created an ISO image in the hard drive and used DVD-decrypter mode>ISO>write to burn the image to a Memorex DVD+R 4X using my Plextor A780 DVD-writer. The movie plays well in my PC, but does not play at all in my Sony SLV-D300P player. I tested the player using other DVD+R disks (plextor) ripped using DVD X copy, and it plays fine. I don't know if
this is a problem of (1) DVD-decrypter, or (2) Memorex DVD+R media, or (3) my Sony standalone player. I read through the posts on Memorex DVD+R media in the afterdawn fora, and they seem to work well largely. Please, can anyone give me some idea about this problem? Should I post this question to any other forum? Thanks in advance for helping.

Sorry for the late reply; just a follow-up. My problem must be the Memorex DVD+R media that I bought. After writing to this forum, I tried Memorex DVD+RW and K-Hypermedia DVD-R with DVD decrypter in my Plextor writeable drive, and played them in my Sony standalone, and they worked fine.
