DVD Decrypter Tutorial?

Hello, I recently tried to make a backup of Rainbow Six 3: Black Arrow. I think i made it an iso properly and burned it properly but it stuck at the loading screen when i tried to play it. Also, i used +R not -R so i don't know if that may have made a difference...Anyway, my question is, could someone walk me through the steps (or give me a link) to burn the game using DVD Decrypter once i have made it an iso? For instance, i don't know if i need to change any settings before i burn the game such as uncheck BURN PROOF, or VERIFY or whatever...any help would be very much appreciated!
