yes, still decrypt and then shrink with a shrinking program e.g dvd shrink or dvd2one.
Even better use shrink for the whole thing. shrink will automatically compress the data to fit on the disc. It will even burn it for you too and the analysis function is excellent check this site out and it should answer ALL your questions (although you should be able to use the gudes here as this site is without doubt the best)

    good luck

go to MODE up at the top and click on FILE. this will give you a VIDEO_TS file. you can then shrink this in DvdShrink and burn using the same program.
check the guides for more info.
    good luck.

right you still didn't state what exactly you did in DVD Decrypter ... (?)

ISO Read / File Mode ... and then which of Movie-Only or Full-Disk rip ??

Have you checked all DVD Decrypter options/settings ?

See I have more questions than I should at this moment in time , you really - really need to start to read up a bit more (seriously).

Did you play a little of your DVD on a DVD Player on your desktop before ISO Read with DVD Decrypter ?

There isnt many explanations for why DVD Decrypter wont ISO Read for you , without knowing a bit more about your DVD Writer...and perhaps PC spec
