dvd descriptions

    Hi if a dvd player says it can play "dvd, dvd+/-RW' does that mean it can play both regular dvd+r and dvd-r? Like what does it mean wen it jsuts says dvd?

    dvd, dvd+/-RW

    equals

    DVD+R
    DVD-R
    DVD-RW

    it will play all thoses formats

    Are you sure it say's just "DVD". That means nothing, DVD itself is not a specific file/booktype format.

    It could be referring to DVD-ROM, in which case it is compatible with DVD-ROM, DVD±R and DVD±RW.

    DVD to a custom size file but DVD shrink, which i use now only lets u rip at 4.35gb. ive seen files all over the net at 700mb.Many films are now being released on DVD with audio description. These can be purchased through retail outlets. For a list of titles with an audio description track, download
