i am currently using dvd shrink. i have had no problems playing 4.7 gig dvds on my panasonic dvd player. When i try to play the SAME movie on a Dual layer dvd, my panasonic will not play the movie.i am using dvd shrink to decode the movie onto the DL dvd also. i have tried different types of dvds: eg. dynex, memory, sony. the odd part is that the DL dvd will play on my cheaper pioneer(not progressive scan) dvd player. The problem is, i don't like using this dvd player because the quality is not good on my 56' HD Tv. can anyone help me solve this issue??? thank You !!!!
Sounds like u got a DVD player that don't like your DVD's..u might have to try another one..I got a couple that get PMS on a few Disc's
