i need a decrypter that can read your files off the hard drive mine only seems to want to read a dvd disk. any thoughts on this.
I'm not really sure of what you need to be honest. If you have a movie DVD then you need a Decrypter to rip those files to your HDD. To play them, all you need is either Windows media player or Classic media player. Perhaps you have PowerDVD etc. Why do you need a decrypter to read certain files? More info please...
