here is what i am doing:

    2 SCVCD in cue/bin format.
I mount them and extract the mpg files.
I use mpg-vcr to combine them as 1 file.

Open DVD-lab pro, import the file, video and audio get demuxed.
Audio is at 44Khz so dvd-lab asks to encode it to 48khz using tools->transcode audio and so I do.

Problem, the trancoding does not go until the end... it will start but stop at roughly 44 minutes meanwhile...
I checked the audio file that dvd-lab creates after demuxing and all audio is there.. tried trasncoding manually using dvd lab and same thing it will stop at 44 minutes with no errors..

    Any IDeas ???

There's probably an error in the audio file. Mpeg-vcr doesn't always join audio properly.
Try transcoding externally in ffmpeggui or tmpgenc's AC3 plugin (if you have it).
