Kanthos- There are many different kinds of software for doing such a thing as making custom menu's. A lot of it depends on what type of movie you are creating menu's for. I personally use DVD ReMake Pro along with a free program that you can download called MuxMan. I am only familiar with making still images with sound, but some people use different software by MyDVD or Roxio to create motion menu's. The only menu's that I change are in Movies that I am backing up. I have made custom menu's in many of them by cutting and pasting the images I desire, and a little paint work to make the menu look professional.
