DVD Platinum/CloneDVD wont burn

    I have been using dvd platinum fine for weeks and got the new trial again when i did that it worked fine for a week then it would create movie file and write it, but would not burn. thought it might be my burner but burned cd just fine. Now my dvd decryptor wont burn. So tried Clone dvd same thing writes but wont burn. What's up

    keeps telling me i have a media error oh no it keeps telling me!!

    What's the make and model of the burner? May just need a firmware update.
    What media are you using like Sony +R 16x? Burn speed you're using?
    urn at 1/2 the rated speed of the media if your not.
