After my first experience with CloneDVD, I popped in the new backup and my DVD player froze... This is new to me. It would not respond to the remote or built in controls, I tried unplugging it and turning it back on, but upon bootup before it could even innitiate an eject, it froze again. I'm very irritated with this and was wondering if anyone has heard of a similar experience?

Nope..........never heard of that before! Sorry.
While booting up, push the button to open drawer. Sometimes that works. If not, use a paperclip and put it in the tiny hole, under the drawer, and give a good push. That should force the drawer open........
    Good luck!

I had to open up the dvd player to get it out, that seemed to be the only way to solve my problem. :s
The dvd player froze like I said. it being on with that dvd inside would only result in absolutely nothing working, including eject or power off.
