DVD player no audio

    I have a Toshiba dvd player with divx support and the thing is I have burn some avi and the image is display but no audio. I test it in my labtop the audio is there (K-lite install and Dvix player also)
    What could be the problem?
    burn it with nero 8 as data with the dvix option.

    What type of audio is it? You can check it with GSpot or AVICodec.

    And does this happen to all your .avis? If it does, then your DVD player might be messed up. And have you checked the connection to your TV?

    check the type of audio of the avi and it's said:
    Codec: 0x0055 MPEG-1 Layer 3
    Info: 48000Hz 129 kb/s tot , Joint Stereo

    No this does not happens to all my avi.
    I have burn 4 avi on 1 dvd media 3 avi files have audio and 1 don't so The connection between the dvd player and TV isn't the problem.
    When I play the same media in my laptop the 4 avi have audio.

    The audio specs from each so we can see the difference.
