ok i need a dvd player that will play PAL movies i have been downloading, because i dont want to mess with converting them to NTSC so i was looking on ebay, and they have some Multi Region DVD Players.... is that all i need to play the PAL dvds i downloaded?
If u don't have a PAL tv u need a convertor or the image wil just flicker constantly and be in black and white. Don't look on Ebay for an all-region player. Some dvd players have region code hacks that allow you to watch PAL dvd's. The Philips DVP 642 is very popular, only like $70.
