Hi......I think I have the right forum This is my problem.....Both my DVD burners Pioneer 109 & NEC ND-2510A refuse to burn any DVD's, (suddenly) the problem is that both drives now don't recognise media. This has just happened I have tried reinstalling Nero 6 including latest .14 versions also uninstalling & reinstalling win drivers for both drives but they still don't recognise media. I have not changed the media I use: Verbatim 16X, Titanium 16X+, Datawrite 2X RW & Titanium 8x these worked with no problem up to now. The only program I have downloaded recently was Sony Sound Forge v8 trial version, but have since removed this from system. Does anybody have any ideas??? i get the same problems with my Memorex DVD-R and CD-R media that i use to burn ISO images from games and also, and mainly, DVD movie backups... i tried AnyDVD (newest version) to stop the Copyright Protection of some of these recent DVD's that will not Burn with DVD-Shrink.. such as "Seed of Chucky" (OEM copy) and especially "Hitch" (OEM Copy) and "The Forgotten" (OEM Copy). ANYDVD seemed to help with some cases like using Alcohol 120%, but still not working with dvd shrink (newest version) when I use ANYDVD!!
