DVD+R (Booktyped as DVD-ROM) Does not Play in PS2

    I have a PS2 (either version 3 or 4) and I have recently recorded "The Best of Mr. Ed Volume 2" on a DVD+R disc. I booktyped the disc as a DVD-ROM with the Lite-on Booktype135 utility. I have a Lite-on DVD+R/RW LDW-401S ESOM drive. The disc did not play on the Playstation. What went wrong?

    PS2 doesnt play dvd-rom or dvd-r without a chip
