I have a atapi ihap222 9 dvd drive. I was able to burn dvd at 16x, now for some reason it will not burn any faster then 2x. I'm using the same dvds to burn and have made sure the write speed is set to max. I use dvd decrypter to burn for about 4 years now and have never had a problem with it. I have tried different dvds also but the same thing only 2x. Even after it is burned and it goes to verify the movie it still only goes 2x. So now it takes about 2 hours to do one dvd. I don't know what else to look for to see if something has changed.
