dvd-r drive gone...error code 19

This might be the wrong place, but this look the best to me. I got a few small virus and adware things, so I started my computer in safe mode. Then I ran my virus pertector, and as the files came up I deleted them. I didn't look to see what files they were...and this morning we I went to burn a dvd a noticed that my cd, dvd, and dvd-r/w+r/w were all gone. I look around and found a code error 19. My computer want restore to an earlier date, and I can unintall them and reinstall them. But that doesn't do anything. Under the decive manager there are yellow ! marks by my things. Does anyone know what to do, Im screwed....
