I just installed a new burner, 16X NEC DVD BURNER. I was able to burn numerous dvd's. Just today I rented The Cave, The Grudge, and Wedding Crashers. These 3 dvd's will not work in the dvd's recorder. Wont read them, like there is no dvd in the drive. that is what it thinks. The drive wont respond to the dvd's. The light comes on, and reads the dvd for like 2 min, then shows no dvd in the drive ? Any help ? Is there something in my computer preventing me to read the disc ? I can burn any other dvd's but these 3.
probably a stupid question have you ever actually tried to play a dvd movie before through your pc or have you only ever burned dvd from it? maybe you need to install a dvd player like VLC media player or something
