I was just wondering why every time I wirte DVD videos on a DVD+R it always skips in some point on the disk. Regardless of what brand on Dick I use. I have Sony, HP, TDK and Fujifilm. But whenI use DVD-R for recording I dint have a problem it does not skip even my recording is more than an hour. I'm using LG Lightscrib super multi with Securedic. Im using NEro for my burning software. I do not have a plroblem if im using the DVD+R for the picture backups and music. the only thing is the video. Now I got lots of blank DVD+R sitiing in my room which I'm was supossed to use it for my family Videos. Thanks and hope ou can help me with this.
Have you tried booktyping your dvd+r disks to DVD-ROM? Some players have trouble with disks burnt in the +r format.
Also You May Want to Slow The Burn Speed To 1/2 the rated Speed of the Discs. And change the Target Area To 4300. You May also want to use Imgburn Instead Of Nero to Burn the Discs.
how do you do booktyping?? and yes I already tried slowing down the write speed and also tried auto speed same problem with DVD+R.For my DVD prayer its a Sony progressive scan DVD +r/-R R/W, Mp3. thanks
