DVD recorder with HDD

    Hi, im contemplating which dvd recorder to get. I want one with a hdd, iv seen many models. but the question i need to know is that if i transfer avi's off of my pc to the hard drive on the dvd recorder, will there be any issues, and is this actually infact possible to do. or would dvds burnt with a few avi's on it (not a proper dvd) be the best bet.

    I am pretty sure you cannot transfer from pc to HDD,but the LiteOn LVW-5045 ia a very good unit.
