Ok I must apologize if this is a stupid question(but I am new). I was wondering if there's a software that will allow me to change the region coding on my dvd's without using some form of burning. What I want to do is take my Buffy Region 2 dvd's(that I got from the United Kingdom awhile back) and make them region free.

Ok, this is yet another stupid question, does this software involve dvd burning of any sort. The only reason I ask is because I don't have a dvd burner. Thanks for your time man.

No burning needed (or possible with CSS Region Free), just lets u play any region (R1-8) dvds on your computer( whatever your drive is set to) BTW no stupid questions asked here at AD, only stupid thing is not to ask. Welcome to Afterdawn

Ok, I see what your saying, it's just that that's what I've had to do since I bought them a while back(play the region 2 dvd's in my computer). I was hoping for some form of software that would allow me to remove the region code completely, that way I could play these dvd's in my dvd player. But I think I might just look for a dvd player region hack, that might be my best bet. Thanks
