DVD ripping process

    this might be a stupid question but what program do you need to run .dll files?

    but while i'm trying to get my .d2v file into TMPGEnc, it says that it can't read the .dll file and it won't load my video file. what do i do?

    Find the missing .dll and copy it to \Windows\System32\ dir. Use Google.
