This DVD RW LightScribe drive has worked perfectly for a year. It's ability to read ANY disc came to a hault today. The drive would just slow down the whole computer and just keep blinking util I ejected the disc. So I uninstalled it in the device manager and restarted, now when i put ANY disc in it just spits it back out. Not to mention, when there is no disc in the tray, it still spits the tray back out! please help! I tried uninstalling the drive and the drivers, I dont know what else to try. Thanks
nevermind. i took it apart just for fun and there was an earing in it. works fine now. moral: small children and electronics just dont mix.
