first, i would like to thank all who have passed before me. I got some great info for using DVDshrink/Nero and can back up all discs so far without a hitch. however i'm now stuck and need help that i havent found on other forums. DVDsanta only works for certain avi to dvd. For others once i've added the .avi file/set to PAL/sellected make movie, all im getting is ;UNSUPPORTED AUDIO: any ideas??? The DVDsanta i downloaded here but did not pay for it,does make a differance?
Well your error message Probably means exactly what it says.... Some encoders Just do not like some Audio Formats Like Dolby AC3 or VBR MP3 audio so to Solve this problem you should decompress the audio in your AVI files before you convert them to Mpeg-2/DVD.... If you PM me with your e-mail address I can send you a small tool that will decompress the audio in your AVI Files...... Cheers
