I recently downloaded "Blades of Glory" and tried to burn it to DVD and got an error message that said "unable to reserve a track". I have been using DVD Santa Version 4 for a few years and this is the first time I have had a problem. Can anyone help??
I'm unfamiliar with DVD SANTA. Try a different movie. Might have a bad copy. Re-installed your DVD SANTA software. Are you using different blank media than you usually use? Could be bad media.
You are correct. Package of 50 DVDs'totally unusable. I have had an occasional defective DVD but it seems to be all. Thanks for the speedy reply!
Would like to check a few more things before you completely write off the DVD blanks you having trouble with, as being no good. What brand of DVD's are they? What brand and model of DVD burner are you using? Have you updated the DVD burner's firmware to the latest version? Did you try any of the things I suggested earlier, such as, reinstall the software, try a different movie, try a different brand of blank media?
