Dvd Shrink not responding

    I`m able to process most dvds through DVD Shrink. I put in a DVd movie (88 minutes) and the bar at the top showed about 2 inches of green and the rest in red.(attached) I clicked on re author and nothing happened except at the top it said "DVD Shrink not responding" so i am not able to go any further. I have any dvd installed. I thought DVD Shrink could process all. I`m on Windows 7. Could you advise me please?[​IMG]
