    Hi:

I just packed up my DVD Xcopy Xpress copy to return it to 321Studios. I thought that it included a writer.
Now, I understand that it won't work without a burner.
I have an external Pioneer enroute(mail order). But I find XCopy Xpress suspect of not working even then. 321Studios needs to get their act together. They need to include a comprehensive user's manual(Now there isn't any!) with their software CD. Also, they need to hire more tech support personnel. . . .Try getting someone on the phone there. But may sure that you have something to do while you wait.

On a related issue, will someone tell me about the art of getting hard disk video(movie) files on to a DVD?

Any comments about other(free or less expensive DVD to DVD copy software.

    Regards,

    Wlloyd

Look underneath my sig for guides at Afterdawn m8. Also, save yourself some money and use a free program called DVD Shrink 3.14 for dvd backups.
