Hi, I have often converted AVI and MPEG to DVD, but how do you take it back again to a VOB file so that you can load it on a Media player. Can anyone advice me please. Robert.

Thankyou for your reply. Is it just the VOB files i need, or the rest of them as well. Do the VOB files have to be selected in the correct order. Iv also read somewhere that if i can convert them back to AVI, that i would get more onto the hard drive. I havent tried it yet as i didnt want to mess things up in the Media Player.

    Regards, Robert.

you need to identify which vob files are the main movie...

the most simple program i have found to do this is either DVDx or XMPEG... do a google search for them... otherwise use FairUse Wizard2, once it has converted to AVI, delete the project files...
