Did you put every single one of the files into Nero? If the answer is yes try using DVD Shrink and see if you get the same result.

If DVD Decrypter does it then they are rippable. Nero sucks for DVD's, try using Record Now Deluxe

problem was when i dragged the files to the folder in nero,i didnt put them in the video folder did it this time and no compliance test failed,so tried a simulate write disk first and did got error at 1x,so tried 2x and worked, quality was actually pretty good, just thought i give my 2 cents
