DVD X Copy Express finalizing,but not copying.

    When I insert a blank DVD, the message states the writer is finalising the DVD, but fails to write the DVD first. How can this be overcome?

    You might have to update your firware and u probably have ur channels set to PIO they haveto be on DMA
