Does anyone have the update proram that allows you to copy the entire disk. I had it on my old computer, and when I had to reinstall the program on my new one, it was no longer available. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Howie

I have DVD X Copy Platinum 3.2.1.0. It already has the whole disk feature with it. Since the company went out of business, it might be harder to find the updates. Email me if you would like a copy of the program.

    here are some options.
DVDShrink - freeware - good proggy for the price
clonedvd2 - EUR 39.00 - very good proggy for reliability
dvd2one - EUR 39.99 - not bad, but not the best either

There are plenty more but I have not tried them out. Just remember this is just a suggestion because every person has their own preferences and how they like to backup their movies.
You will need a seperate program to rip the dvd to hard drive with clonedvd and dvd2one, It's called dvddecrypter. both of these programs offer a free trial version too. See how ya go!

    Here: http://www.nycsoftware.com/dvdxcopy/support/
You can download DVDXCopy Platinum4.0.3.8, it contains XCopy Express as well which is one of the fastest transcoders I`ve used. As for activating it I might be able to help.

    JRHODES,

Read the forum rules ... No posting in all caps.

Start with the free stuff. Try DVD Shrink and DVD Decrypter.
