DVD Xcopy is not banned. The court case just involved them using a ripping program to de-code the algorithm. If you just bought the program I would advise you to carry it back to where you purchased the program and tell them you can not activate the program online or over the phone. Then ask for your money back and if you paid by credit card and they refuse to credit your account dispute this w/ the credit card company. You could also wait and see it 321 appeals the Judge's ruling.

    kcarriedo,
You can use it but I would consider using DVDShrink in conjunction w/ Nero. Again if you just bought it return the program for your money back. If you decide not to return it, it will still work. Have you backed up any movies yet using 321 Gold?

I'll Just Return It and settle with DVDshrink With Nero. It sounds like that's the way to go.
Is there any way to set up DVD menus?
