DVD X COPY RE- ACTIVATON

    I have a copy of DVD x Copy xpress which I purchased thru Tigerdirect.com. I had to reformat my hard drive, and when I tried to re-install DVD x Copy, I received the message that I have used the activation already. I only installed once, tried to call the number on the box but no luck. Can you tell me how to get the other codes. I got the license ID and the password.
